Henrietta & Clay County Chamber of Commerce 2022 CCPR Kiddie Parade Entry Form
Name of Float Entry :
Children 12 and younger. Kids may walk, be pulled in a Cart, Wagon, ride a bicycle or operate an Electric powered children’s toy. One adult must walk with the child. No animals or adult operated vehicles. Theme will be the same as the main parade.
Prizes will be awarded: 1st -$125, 2nd$100 & 3rd $75
Must be present and ride in the parade both Friday & Saturday to be eligible for prizes. Arrive at the staging area no later than 9:15 am for judging.
Staging Area for Friday & Saturday: In front of the Clay County Leader - 114 W Ikard
Registration deadline is Thursday September 14, 2022 @ 11:00 am.

Henrietta & Clay County Chamber of Commerce (HCCC) 2021 CCPR Kiddie Parade Rules
1. Ages of Children:
A. All children participating in the Kiddie Parade must be 12 years old or younger as of the Friday date of the CCPR parade.
B. Number of adults will be limited to a reasonable amount with purpose of supervising and providing safety for the children participating.
2. Use of animals and transportation:
A. Animals will not be allowed in the Kiddie Parade.
B. Types of transportation allowed is non-motorized (wagon, cart, bicycle) or electric powered children’s toy operated by the child.
C. No gas or adult driven vehicles are allowed to carry or pull the entry. Adults may pull a cart or wagon.
A. Judging is the sole responsibility of the HCCC. HCCC will appoint judges. The decisions of the judges is final. Theme will be the same as the main parade.
B. Judging will be: a) creativity b) effort c) presentation.
4. Prize Eligibility: To be eligible for any of the wards a entry MUST comply
with ALL of the following requirements:
A. They must be at the designated staging area by 9:15 am on both Friday and Saturday of the CCPR Parade dates for that year. Each year’s CCPR dates can be found on their website - CCPR1932.com.
B. Entries in the Kiddie Parade DO NOT need to follow any particular theme. Each year CCPR Committee adopts a theme for that year’s parade. It is suggested that entries in the Kiddie Parade follow that year’s adopted theme. However, this is only a suggestion and not a requirement. Entries will not be judged on their following or not following that year’s CCPR parade theme.
C. Awards will be announced and distributed on Saturday morning during staging.
